Oldham Simtronics GD10-P00-23BJ-0XH-00 GD10P CO2, Carbon dioxide 25% Vol., SS 316L, ATEX, IECEx, 4-20mA
What is the Oldham Simtronics GD10-P00-23BJ-0XH-00?The Oldham Simtronics GD10-P00-23BJ-0XH-00 is: GD10P CO2, Carbon dioxide 25% Vol., SS 316L, ATEX, IECEx, 4-20mA, source. The GD10P and GD10PE are point gas detectors built on non dispersive infrared (NDIR) detection, using a solid state infrared source flashing at 32 Hz across a dual wavelength, dual path optical bench. Because detection is optical rather than chemical, the detector needs no oxygen to measure correctly and works in an inert gas atmosphere, cannot be poisoned by silicon vapours or hydrogen sulphide, is unaffected by gas velocity, and has no saturation effect, so it can read up to 100% volume. Calibration is factory set and no field recalibration is needed. The GD10PE is the version built for critical applications with large volumes of air at high velocity, where low gas concentrations must be caught quickly, such as HVAC and air generator intakes serving inhabited areas and gas turbine installations. The GD10P / GD10PE Point IR Gas Detectors group in the 2026 price book lists 157 orderable part numbers, and this one is the 316L stainless steel build, ordered against ATEX approval, with the 4-20 mA current source output stage, covering 25% Vol.What are the specifications of the GD10P / GD10PE Point IR Gas Detectors?Detection method: infrared absorption, dual wavelength, dual path, with a solid state 32 Hz flash IR sourceGases detected: hydrocarbon gases and carbon dioxide; the target gas and scale are fixed by the ordered part numberAccuracy: plus or minus 3% of full scale between 0 and 50% of reading, plus or minus 5% between 50 and 100%Lifetime stability: plus or minus 5% of full scale readingResponse time: T20 0.7 s, T50 1.7 s, T90 4.0 s (fast option: 0.2 s, 0.4 s, 1.0 s)Start-up 65 s typical; 30 minutes warm up to full specification performanceOutput: 4-20 mA current source as standard, current sink as an option, maximum load impedance 500 ohmContinuous self-test, with dirty optics warning at 55% signal attenuation and dirty optics fault at 70%Suitable for use in SIL 2 and SIL 3 systems, with CSA, IECEx, ATEX and INMETRO approvalsGD10PE variant only: detection range 0-20% LEL (0-1% Vol.) methane; the GD10P target gas and scale are fixed by the ordered part numberWhat should you check before ordering?Teledyne guarantees parts and workmanship for 5 years and the infrared sources for 15 years, which is the figure behind the claim of the longest combined detector and IR source warranty on the market. That warranty is void if parts of unspecified origin are fitted, so a spare bought outside the vendor chain can cost the remaining source cover. The practical consequence of the NDIR bench is maintenance cost rather than performance: no chemical reaction means no poisoning by silicon vapours or hydrogen sulphide, and factory calibration means the detector is not on a recalibration schedule the way a catalytic bead point is.How do the part numbers differ? In this part numbering the output stage is selected by one character: H is the 4-20 mA current source version and J is the current sink version. Every complete description in the 2026 price book follows that rule without exception across 107 rows.Where is it used?Typical service: Fixed point combustible gas monitoring in boiler rooms and process areas; Offshore and onshore petrochemical installations; Inert or oxygen-free atmospheres where catalytic sensors cannot measure; HVAC and air generator intakes serving inhabited areas (GD10PE); High temperature areas of gas turbine installations (GD10PE).How do I order or get a quote?PE Energy supplies the Oldham Simtronics GD10-P00-23BJ-0XH-00 on a quote basis: send the part number with your application details and we return pricing and lead time. Fixed gas and flame detection is quoted rather than listed because most references ship configured for target gas, range, approval scope and cable entry, and those choices are fixed at the part number. This part belongs to the same product line as the GD10P IR point gas detector already in our catalogue. -

The GD10P / GD10PE Point IR Gas Detectors group in the 2026 price book lists 157 orderable part numbers, and this one is the 316L stainless steel build, ordered against CSA approval, with the 4-20 mA current source output stage, covering 100% LEL.What are the specifications of the GD10P / GD10PE Point IR Gas Detectors?Detection method: infrared absorption, dual wavelength, dual path, with a solid state 32 Hz flash IR sourceGases detected: hydrocarbon gases and carbon dioxide; the target gas and scale are fixed by the ordered part numberAccuracy: plus or minus 3% of full scale between 0 and 50% of reading, plus or minus 5% between 50 and 100%Lifetime stability: plus or minus 5% of full scale readingResponse time: T20 0.7 s, T50 1.7 s, T90 4.0 s (fast option: 0.2 s, 0.4 s, 1.0 s)Start-up 65 s typical; 30 minutes warm up to full specification performanceOutput: 4-20 mA current source as standard, current sink as an option, maximum load impedance 500 ohmContinuous self-test, with dirty optics warning at 55% signal attenuation and dirty optics fault at 70%Suitable for use in SIL 2 and SIL 3 systems, with CSA, IECEx, ATEX and INMETRO approvalsGD10PE variant only: detection range 0-20% LEL (0-1% Vol.) methane; the GD10P target gas and scale are fixed by the ordered part numberWhat should you check before ordering?Teledyne guarantees parts and workmanship for 5 years and the infrared sources for 15 years, which is the figure behind the claim of the longest combined detector and IR source warranty on the market. Every complete description in the 2026 price book follows that rule without exception across 107 rows.Where is it used?Typical service: Fixed point combustible gas monitoring in boiler rooms and process areas; Offshore and onshore petrochemical installations; Inert or oxygen-free atmospheres where catalytic sensors cannot measure; HVAC and air generator intakes serving inhabited areas (GD10PE); High temperature areas of gas turbine installations (GD10PE).How do I order or get a quote?PE Energy supplies the Oldham Simtronics GD10-P00-38DG-0BH-00 on a quote basis: send the part number with your application details and we return pricing and lead time. Fixed gas and flame detection is quoted rather than listed because most references ship configured for target gas, range, approval scope and cable entry, and those choices are fixed at the part number. Oldham Simtronics GD10-P00-38DG-0CH-00 GD10P n-C4H10, n-Butane 100% LEL, SS 316L, UL, 4-20mA, source
What is the Oldham Simtronics GD10-P00-38DG-0CH-00?The Oldham Simtronics GD10-P00-38DG-0CH-00 is: GD10P n-C4H10, n-Butane 100% LEL, SS 316L, UL, 4-20mA, source. Every complete description in the 2026 price book follows that rule without exception across 107 rows.Where is it used?Typical service: Fixed point combustible gas monitoring in boiler rooms and process areas; Offshore and onshore petrochemical installations; Inert or oxygen-free atmospheres where catalytic sensors cannot measure; HVAC and air generator intakes serving inhabited areas (GD10PE); High temperature areas of gas turbine installations (GD10PE).How do I order or get a quote?PE Energy supplies the Oldham Simtronics GD10-P00-56DG-0CJ-00 on a quote basis: send the part number with your application details and we return pricing and lead time. Fixed gas and flame detection is quoted rather than listed because most references ship configured for target gas, range, approval scope and cable entry, and those choices are fixed at the part number. Oldham Simtronics GD10-P00-56DG-0XH-00 GD10P C2H6, Ethane 100% LEL (2.4% Vol.), SS 316L, ATEX, IECEx
What is the Oldham Simtronics GD10-P00-56DG-0XH-00?The Oldham Simtronics GD10-P00-56DG-0XH-00 is: GD10P C2H6, Ethane 100% LEL (2.4% Vol.), SS 316L, ATEX, IECEx, 4-20mA, source. Every complete description in the 2026 price book follows that rule without exception across 107 rows.Where is it used?Typical service: Fixed point combustible gas monitoring in boiler rooms and process areas; Offshore and onshore petrochemical installations; Inert or oxygen-free atmospheres where catalytic sensors cannot measure; HVAC and air generator intakes serving inhabited areas (GD10PE); High temperature areas of gas turbine installations (GD10PE).How do I order or get a quote?PE Energy supplies the Oldham Simtronics GD10-P00-80BG-0CH-00 on a quote basis: send the part number with your application details and we return pricing and lead time. Fixed gas and flame detection is quoted rather than listed because most references ship configured for target gas, range, approval scope and cable entry, and those choices are fixed at the part number. Oldham Simtronics GD10-P00-80BG-0XH-00 GD10P C3H8, Propane 100% VOL. (CH4, immune), SS316, ATEX, IECEx
What is the Oldham Simtronics GD10-P00-80BG-0XH-00?The Oldham Simtronics GD10-P00-80BG-0XH-00 is: GD10P C3H8, Propane 100% VOL. (CH4, immune), SS316, ATEX, IECEx, 4-20mA, source. The GD10P / GD10PE Point IR Gas Detectors group in the 2026 price book lists 157 orderable part numbers, and this one is the 316 stainless steel build, ordered against ATEX approval, with the 4-20 mA current source output stage, covering 100% VOL.What are the specifications of the GD10P / GD10PE Point IR Gas Detectors?Detection method: infrared absorption, dual wavelength, dual path, with a solid state 32 Hz flash IR sourceGases detected: hydrocarbon gases and carbon dioxide; the target gas and scale are fixed by the ordered part numberAccuracy: plus or minus 3% of full scale between 0 and 50% of reading, plus or minus 5% between 50 and 100%Lifetime stability: plus or minus 5% of full scale readingResponse time: T20 0.7 s, T50 1.7 s, T90 4.0 s (fast option: 0.2 s, 0.4 s, 1.0 s)Start-up 65 s typical; 30 minutes warm up to full specification performanceOutput: 4-20 mA current source as standard, current sink as an option, maximum load impedance 500 ohmContinuous self-test, with dirty optics warning at 55% signal attenuation and dirty optics fault at 70%Suitable for use in SIL 2 and SIL 3 systems, with CSA, IECEx, ATEX and INMETRO approvalsGD10PE variant only: detection range 0-20% LEL (0-1% Vol.) methane; the GD10P target gas and scale are fixed by the ordered part numberWhat should you check before ordering?Teledyne guarantees parts and workmanship for 5 years and the infrared sources for 15 years, which is the figure behind the claim of the longest combined detector and IR source warranty on the market. The GD10P / GD10PE Point IR Gas Detectors group in the 2026 price book lists 157 orderable part numbers, and this one is the 316L stainless steel build, ordered against CSA approval, with the 4-20 mA current sink output stage, covering 20% LEL.What are the specifications of the GD10P / GD10PE Point IR Gas Detectors?Detection method: infrared absorption, dual wavelength, dual path, with a solid state 32 Hz flash IR sourceGases detected: hydrocarbon gases and carbon dioxide; the target gas and scale are fixed by the ordered part numberAccuracy: plus or minus 3% of full scale between 0 and 50% of reading, plus or minus 5% between 50 and 100%Lifetime stability: plus or minus 5% of full scale readingResponse time: T20 0.7 s, T50 1.7 s, T90 4.0 s (fast option: 0.2 s, 0.4 s, 1.0 s)Start-up 65 s typical; 30 minutes warm up to full specification performanceOutput: 4-20 mA current source as standard, current sink as an option, maximum load impedance 500 ohmContinuous self-test, with dirty optics warning at 55% signal attenuation and dirty optics fault at 70%Suitable for use in SIL 2 and SIL 3 systems, with CSA, IECEx, ATEX and INMETRO approvalsGD10PE variant only: detection range 0-20% LEL (0-1% Vol.) methane; the GD10P target gas and scale are fixed by the ordered part numberWhat should you check before ordering?Teledyne guarantees parts and workmanship for 5 years and the infrared sources for 15 years, which is the figure behind the claim of the longest combined detector and IR source warranty on the market. Every complete description in the 2026 price book follows that rule without exception across 107 rows.Where is it used?Typical service: Fixed point combustible gas monitoring in boiler rooms and process areas; Offshore and onshore petrochemical installations; Inert or oxygen-free atmospheres where catalytic sensors cannot measure; HVAC and air generator intakes serving inhabited areas (GD10PE); High temperature areas of gas turbine installations (GD10PE).How do I order or get a quote?PE Energy supplies the Oldham Simtronics GD10-PE0-17DE-0BJ-00 on a quote basis: send the part number with your application details and we return pricing and lead time. Fixed gas and flame detection is quoted rather than listed because most references ship configured for target gas, range, approval scope and cable entry, and those choices are fixed at the part number. The GD10P / GD10PE Point IR Gas Detectors group in the 2026 price book lists 157 orderable part numbers, and this one is the 316 stainless steel build, ordered against CSA approval. What are the specifications of the GD10P / GD10PE Point IR Gas Detectors?Detection method: infrared absorption, dual wavelength, dual path, with a solid state 32 Hz flash IR sourceGases detected: hydrocarbon gases and carbon dioxide; the target gas and scale are fixed by the ordered part numberAccuracy: plus or minus 3% of full scale between 0 and 50% of reading, plus or minus 5% between 50 and 100%Lifetime stability: plus or minus 5% of full scale readingResponse time: T20 0.7 s, T50 1.7 s, T90 4.0 s (fast option: 0.2 s, 0.4 s, 1.0 s)Start-up 65 s typical; 30 minutes warm up to full specification performanceOutput: 4-20 mA current source as standard, current sink as an option, maximum load impedance 500 ohmContinuous self-test, with dirty optics warning at 55% signal attenuation and dirty optics fault at 70%Suitable for use in SIL 2 and SIL 3 systems, with CSA, IECEx, ATEX and INMETRO approvalsGD10PE variant only: detection range 0-20% LEL (0-1% Vol.) methane; the GD10P target gas and scale are fixed by the ordered part numberWhat should you check before ordering?Teledyne guarantees parts and workmanship for 5 years and the infrared sources for 15 years, which is the figure behind the claim of the longest combined detector and IR source warranty on the market. Every complete description in the 2026 price book follows that rule without exception across 107 rows.Where is it used?Typical service: Fixed point combustible gas monitoring in boiler rooms and process areas; Offshore and onshore petrochemical installations; Inert or oxygen-free atmospheres where catalytic sensors cannot measure; HVAC and air generator intakes serving inhabited areas (GD10PE); High temperature areas of gas turbine installations (GD10PE).How do I order or get a quote?PE Energy supplies the Oldham Simtronics GD10P-DISPLAY-X-CSA on a quote basis: send the part number with your application details and we return pricing and lead time. Fixed gas and flame detection is quoted rather than listed because most references ship configured for target gas, range, approval scope and cable entry, and those choices are fixed at the part number. This part belongs to the same product line as the GD10P IR point gas detector already in our catalogue. -

Oldham Simtronics MultiFlame DF-TV7 Optical Flame Detector
What is the Oldham Simtronics MultiFlame DF-TV7 Flame Detectors? The MultiFlame DF-TV7 is an optical flame detector for hydrocarbon fires, built around false alarm immunity and an intelligent optical self-test, in triple infrared and ultraviolet with double infrared versions. The MultiFlame DF-TV7 is an optical flame detector for hydrocarbon fires, designed around minimising false alarms and fitted with an intelligent optical self-test. The family has two detection technologies: the DF-TV7-T reads three separate infrared wavelengths and detects hydrocarbon fires up to 80 metres away, and the DF-TV7-V combines ultraviolet with double infrared for higher immunity to false alarms and a shorter response time, detecting hydrocarbon fires up to 45 metres away. The detector connects directly to conventional fire controllers or to a PLC, and a DF-RV7 variant exists for the addressable SYNTEL network. Configuration, including time delay, sensitivity and output behaviour, is done with the TLU600 hazardous area remote terminal or over HART with a TLH710 or TLH720.What are the specifications of the MultiFlame DF-TV7 Flame Detectors?Detection technologies: triple infrared (DF-TV7-T) and ultraviolet with double infrared (DF-TV7-V)Detection distance: up to 80 m for the triple IR version, up to 45 m for the UV/2IR versionField of view up to 120 degrees, per the vendor product overviewOutputs: 4-20 mA, relays, HART as an option, and LonWorks for the SYNTEL systemPower supply 24 V DC (18 to 35 V DC on DF-T#7 versions, 18 to 30 V DC on DF-R#7)Typical power consumption 1.4 W for IR3 and 1.5 W for UV2IR, 5 W maximumOperating and storage temperature: -40 C to +65 CHumidity 95% RH non condensing, protection rating IP66Explosion proof housing in 316 L stainless steel, weight 5.1 kgPerformance certified to EN 54-10/A1, RFI and EMI to EN 50130-4, SIL 2 capableWhat should you check before ordering? The two technologies in this family are not interchangeable and the difference is measurable rather than a matter of preference: the triple IR version reaches 80 metres and is aimed at smoky hydrocarbon fires that are hard to see optically, while the UV/2IR version trades reach for speed and false alarm immunity and reaches 45 metres. Published MTBF also separates them, at 172,000 hours for the DF-TV7-T against 115,000 hours for the DF-TV7-V. One exception is worth catching at specification time: the manual states that reference DF-V7-XT0-0-0-0---1 is neither EN 54-10 compliant nor SIL compliant, so a site with an EN 54-10 requirement cannot take that particular reference. How do the part numbers differ?Part numbers separate the detection technology (XT for triple infrared, XV for ultraviolet with double infrared), the range (A standard, B long), the output (C configurable, H HART, L LON for the SYNTEL network), and the DF-RV7 prefix marks the addressable SYNTEL variant. Published detection distances are test figures: sensitivity in the field also depends on fuel type, fire size, atmospheric conditions such as wind, rain and fog, and the angle between the fire and the detector.PE Energy lists 23 orderable part numbers from this family, each fixed at order for detection technology, approval scope and cable entry.Where is it used?Typical service: Refineries and chemical plants; Drilling and production platforms, and FPSO vessels; Fuel loading facilities and compressor stations; LNG and LPG processing and storage; Gas turbines and aircraft hangars; Stadia and gymnasia. How do I order or get a quote?PE Energy supplies the Oldham Simtronics MultiFlame DF-TV7 Flame Detectors on a quote basis: tell us the fire type, the area classification and the mounting, and we return the right part number with pricing and lead time. Every reference in this family is configured at order, so the part number carries the detection technology, the approval scope, the output and the cable entry. -

Oldham Simtronics OLCT 20 Fixed Gas Detector
The OLCT 20 series sensors are designed for initial assembly applications, which can be installed in shelters, on skids, for monitoring in very small spaces or for on-board applications. They are mounted via M25 or 3/4" NPT threads or a special accessory to ensure a robust mounting without the need for an additional junction box. The OLCT 20 transmitters provide a 4-20mA output that can be directly connected to PLCs with a maximum current consumption of 100mA at 24VDC. They are certified ATEX explosion-proof by INERIS. Their IIC T6, makes them perfectly suited for the detection of hydrogen. The stainless steel detectors offer protection and resistance to corrosive agents. IP 66 rated, they are resistant to dust and water splashes. The OLCT 20's pre-calibrated sensors can be disconnected from the holder by rotation. These "smart" sensors can be calibrated on a workbench, outside of hazardous areas. Catalytic oxidation sensors for combustible gases are specially treated to resist poisons. They benefit from extremely fast response times and total reliability.
