EZY-TURN POLAR is designed as a hydrocarbon resistant valve lubricant with low temp arctic/polar base materials. Polar is used in many different valve applications from pipeline gate valves to frac valves and wellhead gate valves. Polar is chemically resistant to hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and severe acid applications. Will not harden or dry out over time.EZY-TURN H2S is injected into the gate valve by a high pressure lubricator at temperatures as low as 00F (-180C) to protect the precision gate from scoring or galling while significantly reducing torque requirements for normal operation.EZY-TURN H2S Gate Valve Sealant is recommended for use in gate valves where contact with sour crude or gas is expected.
