CALIBER BLUE EP 1.5 Pail Greases
Whitmore's Caliber Blue is primarily designed for use in heavy earthmoving and industrial equipment. The high protection from extreme pressure makes it suitable for use anywhere high load is encountered. Protection from wear under high load is accomplished by the use of SL-Tech, a proprietary blend of light-colored solid lubricants. This forms a protective cushion and provides greater extreme pressure properties than MoS2 or graphite. Protection is further enhanced by the use of selected additives that increase film strength and adhesion. The usable temperature range for Caliber Blue is from -35°F (-37°C) to approximately 200°F (95°C). Higher temperatures can be tolerated with increased lubrication frequency. BENEFITS: VERSATILE FORMULATION - one grease can cover all normal ambient temperature applications in the slow to medium speed range. EXTREME PRESSURE/ANTI-WEAR - protects against scoring, high shock load conditions, thus reducing downtime and costs of replacement parts. SAFE - contains no heavy metals or hazardous ingredients. APPLICATIONS: Caliber Blue grease is ideal for heavy-duty plant lubrication, earthmoving equipment and any application involving extreme pressure, especially at slow speeds. It is suitable for NDm speeds up to 200,000. For the most severely loaded applications such as bearings on vertical roller mills, pelletizing mills or shaker screens, use Whitmore’s Matrix EP 2.Size and Type Container: Pail Weight: 38 LBS. -

COMPASS EP 2 50 CT CARTRIDGES Greases
The primary features of this heavy-duty grease are tolerance for water and the ability to withstand heavy loads. Compass EP is a lithium-calcium grease, fortified with synthetic polymers that cause the grease to cling to metal and repel water, even at high pressure. When water does eventually get mixed into the body of the grease, the impact is less than with conventional grease. Compass EP contains additives that counteract the negative impact of water ingress. During standardized laboratory testing, water was mixed for 5,000 strokes; the degree of softening was then measured. There was no measurable effect on the consistency of the grease. Under this test, many greases become soft to the point of flowing. The ability of Compass EP to withstand extreme pressure is evidenced by the high weld point (500 kilograms) on the Four Ball machine. End users consistently report that Compass EP performs under load as well as greases that cost substantially more. BENEFITS: RESISTS WATER – keeps a protective film on metal. STABLE – retains its body under high load or when water enters. WEAR PROTECTION – contains molybdenum disulfide for protection under high load. PUMPABLE – can be used in automatic systems at low temperatures. APPLICATIONS: Recommended for slow and medium speed industrial bearings, especially those that are exposed to high load and/or water. Use in steel mills and other primary metal processing, pulp and paper operations, waste water treatment facilities, cement mills, rubber and plastics, marine applications, mining, logging, construction, etc. Size and Type Container: CS Weight: 54 LBS. COPPER 635010 Copper Joint Lead Free
BESTOLIFE® Copper Joint Lead Free (CJLF) is a non-lead, non-zinc thread compound for rotary shouldered connections. Its high copper content allows it to bear high-pressure stress. CJLF applies easily in a wide range of temperatures and conditions, and is resistant to washout. It will not harden or bleed excessively in storage. APPLICATIONS Lead-free answer for drill collars and drill pipe. Recommended for all drilling applications (rotary shouldered connections). It also is effective for use on open gear jack-up legs. TECHNICAL DATA CJLF has been developed as an answer to the environmental restrictions and exposure concerns associated with the use of lead and zinc drill collar/tool joint thread compounds. CJLF has a torque correction factor of 1.1 (10% additional torque required) which will provide additional resistance to down-hole make-up as compared to lead or zinc compounds. It contains copper flake combined with a proprietary blend of graphite and other solids in a high-quality lubricating base grease formulated with H2S and oxidation inhibitors.
