Sullube has been the standard Sullair lubricant for more than a quarter-century, with a track record of virtually no unscheduled downtime from lubricant failure. The 5 liter jug is the convenience size for top-off service on small-to-mid-size installations. How long does Sullube last in service? Sullube is rated for a 10,000-hour service life under normal operating conditions, which is roughly four to five times the change interval of conventional petroleum-based compressor lubricants. Actual interval depends on ambient temperature, duty cycle, intake air quality, and condensate management. Regular oil analysis is recommended to confirm change intervals on heavily loaded units.
