Welded Steel Roll-Cage Frame The Tempest 24-HD showcases a solid, welded steel roll-cage frame. The 1” square tubing completely encloses and protects the internal components of the fan such as the shroud, motor and fan blades. The frame joints are welded rather than bolted. Bolted joints may work themselves loose over time due to vibrations from the motor. This unit is designed and manufactured to take the beatings that come with industrial work. Adjustable Tilt The 24-HD allows the user to easily adjust the fan tilt from 0 to +20 degrees. Simply press in the latch and extend the front legs to the desired height. Adjustable Tilt The 24-HD-T allows the user to easily adjust the fan tilt from +30 degrees upward to -50 degrees downward at 10 degree increments. The 8 position tilt is easily adjusted by simply pulling the tilt latch open and adjusting the air pattern to the desired level. 80 degrees of tilt allows for ventilation at a wide variety of heights. Composite blades are much safer than traditional metal blades as they are designed to disintegrate upon the impact of any foreign objects. Metal blades may fragment when integrity is compromised, potentially causing severe injury.
