99-00911 – CFO-101 Surplus Champion Oil Filter
Customers told Champion Aerospace the height of a standard oil filter can make it difficult for them to install the filter in certain engine applications. So, operating on the premise that size really does matter, they made their Champion oil filter can 1/2" shorter and, in the process, added design improvements that now make their filters stronger and more effective than ever before. Champion Aerospace’s full-pleat, resin-impregnated micronic filter media traps all harmful particles, including metallic chips which result from abnormal engine wear. Because the oil flows through many layers of locked-in fibers, there is no migration of fiber material to clog engine oil passages or affect bearing surfaces. According to industry-approved tests, the Champion oil filter traps and holds more dirt and harmful particles during its normal operating time than any other similar filter. -

CH34595 – CH34269 Champion Igniter
The research and development team at Champion Aerospace has pioneered the use of exotic materials to extend the life and enhance performance of turbine igniters.Champion Aerospace is a leading supplier to the OE turbine engine market for airline, general aviation, and military aircraft applications. Its Champion igniters are also used by the U.S. Department of Defense to satisfy highperformance requirements for highspeed maneuverability and flameout protection in advanced fighters and bombers. With more than 300 different engine designs, these igniters are specified as original equipment on products from Allison, Allied Signal, General Electric, Pratt & Whitney, Sundstrand/ Turbomach, Teledyne, Williams International, Westinghouse, RollsRoyce, CFM International, SOLAR, and Turbomeca. Champion Aerospace has produced ignition systems for U.S. and European industries, including land and marine power plants; oil, gas, and coal furnaces; oil rig operations; and pumping stations. Plus, it builds more gas turbine igniter models than all other manufacturers combined. The patented Champion Series 21 igniter and lead incorporate numerous design benefits that improve performance, installation, and maintenance. Variable immersion depth allows it to be used in multiple engine platforms. The selfcentering conical contact virtually eliminates flashover and arcing. -

M2938 – M2938U COMPLETE BLUE Champion Slick Ignition Harness
Handling time: 7 - 10 business days. FAA-PMA approved Slick Harnesses by Champion are built to handle the maximum spark energy produced, while delivering more energy than is required by the spark plugs - even during emergency full-power engine operation. Using anything less could result in more than a 50% reduction of radio sensitivity in commonly used communication frequencies, as tested by Champion. Features such as a heavy-gauge contact spring provide more contact area and force inside the spark plug, while the flexibility of the coiled center conductor reduces fatigue and breakage resulting from repeated temperature cycling and vibration. -
