Appleton Threaded Circuit Breakers and Enclosures are used for overload and short circuit protection. They provide disconnect means and thermal time delay overload protection. Ideal for use where hazardous materials are handled or stored, the explosionproof, dust-ignitionproof, watertight enclosure is designed with Acme screw type square threads to prevent seizing. Bell threads are located inside the housing to protect against damage or contaminants. Enclosures can be furnished with or without breakers. There are standard outlets for line and load wiring, plugged 1/2 inch outlets on the top and bottom for breather and drain. The breakers are mounted on a painted removable pan.
