Appleton D2P and EWP Factory Sealed Circuit Breaker Panelboards are used for protection and control of electrical equipment and circuits such as lighting and heat tracing. Ideal for use in hazardous locations or in damp, wet or corrosive environments, the explosionproof, dust-ignitionproof, watertight enclosure is designed with a precision machined flamepath between the box and the cover. Available in a choice of three sizes they feature a double door design, with provisions for drains/breathers in both compartments. One is the junction compartment, and one is the breaker compartment. Both doors are fully gasketed to provide raintight fit for both compartments. The breakers are prewired to the terminal block, minimizing installation time. Rotary actuating handles can be individually padlocked in either the OFF or ON position without tripping the breakers.
