WBL-52 KEG

Whitmore’s WBL-52 Dry Film Lubricant consists of fine graphite particles suspended in water.

WBL-52 is used in heavy industrial applications where high temperatures rule out conventional oil or solvent-based products.

BENEFITS:

• EXCELLENT WETTING ABILITY – on metal surfaces.
• GRAPHITE PARTICLE SIZE – 1-2 microns. Does not interfere with surface of material being produced.
• ECONOMICAL – dilute with water as required.
• STABLE CONCENTRATE – minimal separation before dilution. After dilution, moderate agitation is beneficial.
• EASY APPLICATION – can be sprayed, brushed, or dipped.

• Forging of non-ferrous metals
• Aluminum die casting and extrusion including lubrication of dies and dummy blocks.
• Permanent mild chill and sand core coating.
• Wire drawing.
• Ingot and billet mold coating.
• Fabric and asbestos belt coating.
• Stop-off and anti-weld coating.
• Coating for glass forming tools.
• Lubrication of kiln “skin.”

Caution: If WBL-52 is allowed to freeze the solid lubricants will drop out of suspension.
