Texsteam TC 0337-3 – Pump Head for Chemical Injection Pump

TC 0337-3 is a replacement pump head assembly for Texsteam chemical injection pumps. Manufactured in Houston, Texas, this carbon steel head is a direct-fit component for the 1200, 3700, 4300, 5000, and 5100 Series positive displacement chemical injection pumps. The pump head houses the inlet and outlet check valves and forms the high-pressure fluid chamber where precise chemical metering takes place.

Texsteam pump heads are engineered for continuous-duty service in upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas applications. Whether the treatment chemical is a corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor, methanol, de-emulsifier, or anti-foam agent, the TC 0337-3 head maintains consistent stroke-to-stroke displacement accuracy — essential for pipeline integrity and regulatory compliance. Its carbon steel construction withstands aggressive fluid chemistries and elevated pressures encountered in wellhead and injection skid installations.
