Synthetic components allow these fluids to be used over a wide temperature range, from -40°F (-40° C) to 275°F (135° C).
Unique chemistry provides excellent extreme pressure and antiwear properties resulting in lower wear.
The GF Series is extremely shear-stable, which is necessary to maintain long oil life and extend change-out intervals.
Reduces gearbox operating temperatures.
Helps dislodge the sludge that often remains from the previous use of inferior products.
GF Series oils are non-corrosive and compatible with seals.
Compatible with conventional petroleum gear oils as well as synthetic oils, with the exception of PAG (glycols).
BENEFITS:
- LOW WEAR – the additive system prevents scuffing and pitting.
- SAFE – will not harm copper-based components such as bearing cages.
- LONG LIFE – results from the slow depletion of additives combined with minimal formation of sludge and low levels of wear particles.
APPLICATIONS:
The GF Series is recommended for heavily loaded gearboxes used in mining and general industry. Use in applications calling for oils that meet the specifications GL-2 to GL-5, and Mil-L-2105C. GF oils are not suitable for use in worm gearboxes.

KOL’R-KING 1 Gallon PAIL
$70.18This product is available in another size. Learn more here: KOL’R KING Drill Collar Compound contains 60% pure metallic lead, rust and corrosion inhibitors, plus special proprietary binders to reduce lead buildup and minimize the need for wire brushing on breakout. The premium quality metallic lead in KOL’R KING meets or exceeds the lead specifications listed in the First Appendix of API Recommended Practice 5A3. Applications KOL’R KING Drill Collar Compound is designed to provide maximum protection of drill collar threads and shoulders over a wide variety of conditions. The premium quality metallic lead forms a gasket-like shield on threads and shoulders and acts as a cushion, preventing direct metal-to-metal contact, and protects against damage from galling or seizure caused by extreme shock loads on drill collars. The high volume of solids also allows KOL’R KING to be used as a pipe thread sealant and as an anti-seize thread compound. Should not be used where the use of products containing Lead is prohibited. -

WHITMORE ZINC 50 3P Greases
Whitmore's Zinc 50 Tool Joint Compound contains prime grade zinc and is formulated with 50% metallic zinc which meets the metallic zinc requirements as described in API Bulletin 5A2. Zinc 50 contains special additives to reduce the plating and build up of metallic zinc encountered with other zinc compounds. Zinc 50 is manufactured with Whitmore's unique grease compounded from custom refined, low sulfur oil. The grease base ensures the product can be applied (brushed) over a wide temperature range. It clings to all surfaces, resists water washout, and prevents rust and corrosion. The metallic zinc particles and other additives are maintained in uniform suspension throughout the compound. Zinc 50 displaces moisture and adheres well to wet tool joint surfaces. BENEFITS: Non-plating. Low sulfur content. Non-reactive, no gassing. Sticks to wet joints. Rig floor make-up. Resistant to further downhole make-up. APPLICATIONS: Whitmore's Zinc 50 Tool Joint Compound is designed to provide the maximum protection to tool joint threads and shoulders over a wide variety of conditions. It prevents galling and wear. It ensures consistent rig floor make-up while providing resistance to further make-up downhole. Approved by Atlas CopcoSize and Type Container: 3P Weight: 38 LBS. -
