The low profile design makes them ideal for areas of low clearance, low ceiling heights, where fixture weights must be minimized, or as perimeter lighting. Emerson’s latest innovation in smart lighting for hazardous and industrial locations enables Group Lighting Control of dimmable Appleton LED luminaires. Because the HB LED is a dimmable luminaire, it can act as a part of a “controlled” group when the dimming interface is wired to a Connected Appleton LED Luminaire. Up to 10 dimmable LED luminaires can be wired together and the Connected Luminaires advanced capabilities are enabled for the entire run. Appleton Group Lighting Controls optimize lighting levels for each installation type to maximize product life, minimize energy consumption, minimize nighttime lighting usage, improve maintenance planning, and reduce the carbon footprint of the facility.
