Uvex™ by Honeywell Turboshield™ Black Ratchet Headgear has a flexible head-cushioning suspension cradle to offer 300% greater contact area than traditional suspensions to eliminate pressure points for all-day wear. Headgear featuring patented technology offers superior comfort for longer wear, easier visor exchange and optimal balance when used with a hardhat. It features large control knobs that are ergonomically designed for easy adjustment even while wearing gloves. Headgear ideal for workers exposed to falling or flying objects, impact, splash and airborne debris has simple push-button release system to allow for easy visor exchange in seconds. Visor offers enhanced clearance and slides back 7″ improving balance as well as weight distribution. Dual-hinge design increases clearance by 4″ and keeps accessory slots open for compatibility with other PPE. Headgear can be comfortably worn with most goggles, respirators and earmuffs. It meets ANSI Z87.1-2003 and CSA Z94.3 standards.
