LUBRIPLATE Marine-Safe Hydraulic Oils are formulated with premium quality mineral oils which are inherently biodegradable. They have an ashless “zinc-free” anti-wear additive system. They are designed to meet or exceed the performance requirements of conventional hydraulic oils, yet provide an additional level of environmental safety should a leak or incidental oil spill occur.

APPLICATIONS

LUBRIPLATE Marine-Safe Hydraulic Oils are high performance anti-wear hydraulic oils designed for use in high-pressure hydraulic equipment operating in environmentally sensitive areas. Marine Safe Series can be used in air compressors and turbines as an R&O type oil.

LUBRIPLATE Marine-Safe Hydraulic Oils are nontoxic to aquatic life, exceeding U.S. EPA LC50 test requirements adopted by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. These environmentally safe hydraulic oils are compatible with other mineral based hydraulic oils and are easily recyclable.

LUBRIPLATE Marine-Safe Hydraulic Oils are longlife lubricants exceeding 10,000 hours on the D943 TOST (Turbine Oil Oxidation Test). This is especially important in high output/high temperature hydraulic systems that put severe stress on the hydraulic fluid.

LUBRIPLATE Marine-Safe Hydraulic Oils are Inherently Biodegradable per ASTM D-5864.
