LUBRIPLATE SYN-FG SDO CONCENTRATE is an NSF H1 registered food grade synthetic sugar dissolving oil. SYN-FG SDO CONCENTRATE is specifically designed to remove sugar deposits and to lubricate machine components exposed to sugar contamination reducing and preventing future sugar buildup. Water can be added to LUBRIPLATE SYN-FG SDO CONCENTRATE to lower viscosity and more quickly dissolve sugar buildup.

APPLICATIONS

• Removal of sugar, syrup, caramel and fondant residues on lubricated machine components and metal surfaces found in confectionary, baking, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
• Lubrication and prevention of future sugar buildup when applied to chain, slides, bearings, cams, tracks, ways, pneumatic cylinders, open gears, fasteners, and many other lubricated machine components on food and pharmaceutical packaging/processing machinery.
• Recommended water addition of 20% for optimum performance
