Majestic™ 901 Cooker Oil is designed to provide outstanding lubrication performance for the bearings, slides, and valves in continuous rotary cookers/sterilizers and steam peelers with Manzel lubricators. Majestic™ 901 Cooker Oil is formulated with a special blend of polymers and surfactants for excellent detergency and dispersancy to prevent and eliminate deposits while ensuring that the lubricant will not leave an oil film on the product. The additives provide a superior anti-wear and load-carrying film on the lubricated surfaces protecting against corrosion and sludge in the high temperature and high humidity
