3M™ Hood Powered Air Purifying Respirator System allows constant airflow to provide a cooling effect for the workers. PAPR system includes a loose fitting headgear to provide the respiratory protection and is perfect to be used by the first responders, law enforcement, military as well as health care professionals who need protection against natural disasters or acts of terrorism. It includes a blower unit that can be mounted on the waist, face or head. It is powered by non-rechargeable lithium ion battery pack. It has all-in-one design to ensure comfort as well as safety. It contains butyl rubber hood, breathing tube, decon belt, cartridge as well as airflow indicator and duffle bag that are used during the welding process. It meets the requirements of NIOSH standards.
