3M™ 5000 Series Large Disposable Half Mask Type Air Purifying Respirator is made from soft, lightweight thermoplastic elastomer offering good durability. This respirator is pre-assembled with permanently attached cartridges and requires no maintenance. Respiration finds its applications in a variety of workplace such as pharmaceutical, petrochemical, utilities, aluminum reduction, laboratories and pulp, chemical manufacturing and paper. Respirator renders protection against certain organic vapors, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide or hydrogen fluoride at concentrations up to 10 times the permissible exposure limit.
