What is Deacon CV-600 Injectable Sealant?

#1 Seller for Steam and General Service. Heat curing, brown color, putty-like compound with long fiber concentration. Great travel. Excellent bridging capability. Below 550ºF (288ºC), speed up the cure by adding 103-P Accelerator (always use accelerator when sealing boiler feed water). Shelf life is 6 months in closed containers. Refrigerated storage recommended.

Service rating 250F to 950F (121C to 510C). That places it at the middle of the Deacon range, alongside 454 and 3100-S. In practice it is chosen against 454 and 3100-S in the same band, and 911 above 950F.
