RamFan M5-40V EX50Li PRO-CONNECT Battery Pack, 40V 10Ah

The RAMFAN M-Series 40V / 10Ah battery pack powers the EX50Li line. It is a
water-resistant lithium-ion pack whose electronics carry built-in protection,
monitoring, power control and battery conditioning. It fits the EX50Li Gen3 and
retrofits to Gen2.

What does PRO//connect actually give you?

PRO//connect is RAMFAN’s wireless link into the pack. It reports the pack’s
condition over time, measures internal conditions, tracks cycle counts, upgrades
BMS firmware and supports basic maintenance and troubleshooting without opening
anything.

Why it matters on a fleet: a battery’s age is invisible until
it fails on a job. Cycle counts read off the pack turn “this one feels weak” into
a number you can act on, and firmware moves to the pack instead of the pack

What happens if one cell fails in the field?

The M and R-Series packs are built with fail-safe redundancy: if a single cell
fails, the pack stays operational. Packs are also swappable, so a discharged pack
can be exchanged for a charged one without powering the equipment down.

The failure mode this addresses: on a ventilation job the
cost of a dead pack is not the pack, it is the interruption. Hot-swapping keeps

Does it work in the cold?

Preheat Mode activates in cold-temperature conditions and uses the internal
battery architecture to raise cell temperature safely before load, which
improves cold-weather performance and readiness. It runs transparently to the

How is it charged?

Two dual-pack rapid chargers cover mains and vehicle power, both charging two
packs at once:

• R25515: 120 to 240 VAC input, 3A per pack, simultaneously.
• R25515DC: 12 to 24 VDC input, 1.5A per pack, simultaneously.

RAMFAN recommends ordering two packs so one is always charged.
