Texsteam SPT 0004 – Specialty Service Part

SPT 0004 is a Texsteam specialty service part designed for maintenance, repair, and overhaul of chemical injection pumps across the 1200, 3700, 4300, 5000, and 5100 Series. SPT-series items include multi-component service kits, replacement seal sets, calibration tools, and other specialty items assembled to simplify field and shop maintenance procedures.

Scheduled preventive maintenance is critical for chemical injection pumps in continuous oil and gas service. Using factory-assembled SPT service kits ensures that every wear component — seals, O-rings, valve internals, and packing — is replaced simultaneously with parts dimensioned to OEM specifications, eliminating the inconsistency of mixed-source aftermarket components. This approach reduces unplanned downtime and maintains metering accuracy for corrosion inhibitors, scale preventers, and other pipeline treatment chemicals. Specify SPT 0004 when sourcing replacement seals and wear components for your scheduled overhaul intervals.
