Where is the Flow Wolf Buttonhead Fitting – A350 LF2 used?

Sealant injection into pipeline ball/gate/plug valves under pressure; installed into the valve body/stem. Quad Seal variant for extreme service: offshore platforms, inside buildings, compressor buildings and meter stations, high-concentration sour/acid gas, hazardous or toxic gases and liquids where zero leakage is required. Internal check valves are specified when commissioning new valves so they can be serviced under pressure safely. Leak-Lock adapters are emergency devices fitted over a leaking or damaged giant buttonhead fitting – explicitly NOT a permanent repair, used until turnaround/depressurization.

Buttonhead Fitting Threads Materials	1/4″-18 NPT, 3/8″-18 NPT, 1/2″-14 NPT in .316 stainless steel or carbon steel; 3/4″-14 NPT stainless steel (Flow Wolf). Standard SW-style giant buttonhead also in 1/8″-27 NPT (single ball check; not suitable for heavy sealants at high pressure); larger SW sizes have double-ball check.
Quad Seal	4 internal sealing points; all .316 stainless steel construction (no plating to fail); patented Flow Wolf threaded cage; threads 1/4″-18 NPT, 3/8″-18 NPT, 1/2″-14 NPT.
Internal Check Valves	Stainless steel only; patented Flow Wolf threaded cage prevents the ball check being accidentally injected into the valve when pumping heavy sealant; ABSA Certificate of Authorization, Canadian Registration Number CRN 0C07140.2; threads 1/4″-18, 3/8″-18, 1/2″-14 NPT.
Leak Lock	Leak-Lock #1 = giant buttonhead size; Leak-Lock #2 = small buttonhead size; both also in metal-seat versions and with-PTFE-seal versions, stainless steel. Metal-seated Leak-Lock #1 adapter is for capped fittings ONLY and provides an additional check valve so the valve can continue to be serviced in-line under pressure. PTFE gasket inserts available in ML1 and ML2 sizes.
