What is the Sealweld Valve Cleaner Plus?

Not a sealant – a combination of solvent and semi-synthetic lubrication oils formulated to be injected directly into the seat sealant system to clean seal faces and sealant passages. Cycle the valve (if permitted) for complete coverage; the cleaner softens old sealants and removes residual build-up; severe leaks may need longer soak. Best results: displace the cleaner with equal quantities of lubricant/sealant after cleaning. Non-flammable, non-carcinogenic, non-ozone-depleting.

PE Energy supplies the genuine Sealweld Valve Cleaner Plus across the USA.

Where is the Valve Cleaner Plus used?

Ball, gate or plug valves and orifice fittings; refineries, wellheads, pump/compressor stations, gas distribution systems. First step of Sealweld’s clean-lube-seal procedure.
