Returns & Exchanges Policy

IMPORTANT — FINAL SALE CATEGORIES: Chemicals, lubricants, sealants,
hazardous materials, opened PPE/safety items, electrical, electronic, calibration-related,
and custom/special-order items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. The
30-day return window applies only to eligible standard items — see Section 6.

At PE Energy, we want customers to order with confidence while maintaining a fair and
responsible return process. We accept returns on eligible standard items within 30 days of delivery,
subject to prior written authorization and compliance with the terms below. To protect against misuse
and product-category restrictions, certain items are non-returnable, and return privileges may be
limited where abuse of the policy is identified.

1. Return Window

Eligible standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for
return, items must be:

  • unused
  • uninstalled
  • in original condition
  • in original packaging
  • returned with all accessories, manuals, certificates, and documentation originally included

2. Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior approval from PE Energy. No return will be accepted without a valid
Return Authorization (RA) number issued by our team. To request a return, please contact us with your:

  • order number
  • product name or SKU
  • quantity being returned
  • reason for the return

Do not ship any product back without written return authorization.

3. Restocking Fee

Approved returns in selected product categories may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If a restocking fee applies, it will be clearly communicated during the return authorization process
before the return is approved.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect

If the return is due to our error or a qualifying product issue, PE Energy will cover or
reimburse reasonable return shipping costs at our discretion.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

Any claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of
delivery
. Please include:

  • order number
  • description of the issue
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging
  • photos of the shipping label, if applicable

Claims submitted after this 48-hour window may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return,
refund, or exchange under any circumstances
, except a damaged, defective, or incorrect
shipment reported within 48 hours of delivery (see Section 5):

  • custom or made-to-order products
  • special-order products
  • hazardous materials
  • chemicals
  • lubricants
  • sealants
  • opened PPE or safety items
  • electrical products
  • electronic products
  • calibration-related products

Any item identified on the product page, quotation, invoice, or order confirmation as non-returnable
or final sale will also be excluded from return. The 30-day return window in Section 1 does
not apply to any item in the categories above.

7. In-Stock Requirement

Only items that are currently in stock and part of our active inventory are covered under this
standard return policy. Items that have been discontinued, removed from our active product offering,
no longer carried, or out of stock at the time the return request is submitted may not be eligible for
a standard return or exchange. In such cases, PE Energy may, at its sole discretion, offer store
credit or a comparable in-stock substitute.

8. Return Policy Abuse

Return privileges may be restricted, limited, or declined for accounts showing patterns of excessive
returns, repeated returns, abusive return behavior, or misuse of the return process. PE Energy
reserves the right to refuse any return request where abuse, bad faith, or policy misuse is suspected.

9. Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will generally be processed within
5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever
possible. In certain cases, refunds may be issued by company check, wire transfer, store credit, or
other reasonable method at our discretion. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the
return is due to our error.

10. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to product availability and eligibility.
If an exchange cannot be completed, we may offer store credit or recommend placing a new order for the
correct item.
