Keystone Drill Pipe Slips

These KET slips are standard equipment for running tubulars such as drill pipe, drill collar, and casing. Similarly, Keystone rotary hand slips are machined, by strict quality control procedures, for use in API standard bowls.

In addition, all KET rotary hand slips have an API taper of 4″/ft on the diameter, are load rated and equipped with safety flex handles.


Keystone Drill Pipe Rotary Slips

Keystone Energy Tools DU, SDML, SDXL and Type B Rotary Slips are used when adding or removing joints from the drill string. These drill pipe slips are manufactured from heat-treated alloy steel, increasing strength and resistance to wear. KET rotary hand slips are machined, by strict quality control procedures, for use in API standard bowls.

Keystone Energy Tools Type A, C-1, and DCS Drill Collar Slips are used with running drill collar pipe. The rotary hand slip’s multi-segment-hinged design allows it to fit all drill collars within the slip’s size range. These KET drill collar slips are manufactured from heat-treated alloy steel, increasing strength and resistance to wear.

Keystone Casing Slips

The Keystone Energy Tools CMSXL and CMS-3 Casing Slips are used when running casing. The rotary hand slip’s multi-segment-hinged design provides a full wrap-around to help prevent damage to the casing. By adding or subtracting segments and inserts the slip can accommodate 6 5/8” – 30” O.D. casing. These KET casing slips are manufactured from heat-treated alloy steel, increasing strength and resistance to wear.
